Smaller base tons of DOD employees mostly ESC base. Mixed group with all branches represented in the housing area. Older facilities (schools pool etc.) Overall I like the smallness of the base. LOVE the weather here all four seasons. Tons to do on/off base for families and kids. Very close to downtown Boston for singles/no kid fams.

Boston.com will send you a weekly \'what to do\' list of activities if you sign up. We get the family/kids activities emailed. Have found fun things to do through it. Lots of local museums etc. Burlington Mall the closest. Good shopping there. Most things are a 10-15 minute drive from base.----Robin said
